1. Keep remembering: statistically every NO gets you closer to a YES

2. Capitalize on the momentum of uninterrupted blocks of time for cold calling

3. Call a known “friendly” prospect or client to start off your day or bring you up when you’re low

4. When you really need it, take time out for a mental health break - clear your head by taking a small “recharge” break to regain perspective

5. In addition to your quota goal, set daily goals that are a stretch but you believe you can attain
