Are there times when you would not want
to leave a voice mail message for a prospect?
1. Write down the key points
you want to say before you make the call
2. Keep your message brief and
to the point
3. There should be something
that gives the customer a reason or benefit for calling
you back
4. Make sure you leave your
name and number at the beginning and at the end of your
message
5. Eliminate filler words. They
can make you sound hesitant or lacking confidence
6. Make sure you slow your rate
down!
